Denver Water, serving 1.5 million Colorado residents since 1918, required a clear communication strategy to inform residents of an upcoming water service disruption caused by planned infrastructure construction. The challenge was ensuring time-sensitive information reached households in a way that was impossible to miss and easy to understand.

A suite of print materials was developed including door hangers, detailed letter notices, and signage, each tailored to its specific touchpoint with the resident. Every decision was made with one priority: that any resident could immediately understand what was happening, when, and what to expect.
